I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite requesting mineral water to housekeeping department at 11 PM and offering to pay for it, the staff failed to provide it. This lack of basic service is unacceptable, especially considering the premium nature of your establishment. However The room was properly cleaned, and the amenities were sufficient. The overall experience fell great according to our expectations, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided at 11:00 pm just for providing water which is one of the most basic need all the time. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this issues and ensure that future guests do not have a similar experience

Stayed at the Sea mist resort candolim goa feɓ 24 what a nice change new manager & team are doing a fine job upgrading new manager is certainly getting the sew mist resort back to a decent standard grounds smart manicured look good rooms most repainted and seem brighter cleaned every day bytop housekeeping breakfasts basic but fresh and tasty pool cool cool blue yes more beds and brolly required COOL COOL BLUE All in all the Sea Mist Redort is a quiet oasis Keep improving, look forward to another stay November 2024Sea

Whilst the gardens here are lovely all well kept, the pool was green and unusable, which was a huge disappointment as the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The WiFi here does not work in the rooms, and the fridges in the rooms are dirty. Avoid!

Lovely food, we didn’t stay here at the hotel but the restaurant was brilliant! So fresh and tasty and the staff was attentive and friendly, also a great location right on the Main Street. Wasn’t busy when arrived then picked up later on, defo one not to miss out on

Not so comfy with green pool

Beds not very comfy and the pool was green with alae. Staff were ok but not overly friendly. Restaurant - only had a brekky one day and it wasn't the best and the restaurant is empty every night. Fridge was manky and the whole room was pretty dirty and neglected. Grounds were nice and it was quiet enough. Wont be rushing back.
